Here’s How The Program Will Be Delivered…

The program will run for 10 weeks with each week having a key topic that is essential for you to learn about and put into practice in your own life to move you away from emotionally driven eating and the continual sabotaging of your body and health.

Each week you will join or listen to a recording of a live call where we share the vital information that will set you on the path to healing your relationship with food.

You will also receive a few videos each week to give you even more education, tips, guidance, support and inspiration and to share more of our own personal stories with you. You will learn what has (and importantly has not) worked for us.

You will also get a number of exercises to do each week (enough to make awesome progress but not so much to put you off – we know how busy you are) related to the call and video topics. These exercises are essential in the process of moving you from where you are now to where you want to be. We will fully explain and guide you through these exercises and each one will play an important role in your healing process.

You will also have two private one on one coaching sessions for one hour each with Casey or Marlena to go even deeper into supporting your unique needs and really bust through deep barriers and challenges.

Everything we share and provide you with has a reason behind it and we will only be asking you to do things that we know firsthand plays a huge role in your transformation. We will only give you what you truly need…there’s no fluff as we know you are busy!

Weeks 5 and 10 will be implementation and reflection weeks. The idea is to use these weeks to get your questions answered and spend some time catching up on the material if you need to. You can also use this time to absorb what you have learned so far so that you feel ready and in control to move forward again and to put actions in place that you may have not yet had a chance to.

When Does The Program Start…

The program starts on Monday the 1st of August 2011. We will guide you and work with you for 10 weeks.

Week 1: Understand and explore the reasons and triggers behind emotional eating and how it applies to you in today’s world.

Week 2: What does your emotional relationship with food look like? Recognise your saboteurs, triggers and challenges and start learning how to address them

Week 3: Going deep to understand why you use emotional eating as a tool to manage in your own life. Why is food your friend or enemy? Some powerful guided self-exploration will shine the light on the reasons behind your behaviour

Week 4: What would you like your emotional relationship with food to look like? What is your ideal vision…get really clear on what you do and don’t want so that you can move forward with purpose and clarity and address your specific saboteurs/triggers/challenges. We are going to start creating and building your vision- this is a very fun part!
